Job Title: Head of Construction Project Management Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Construction Project Management Office to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our commissioning business and ensuring that our processes are efficient, safe, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Take responsibility for project-related safety
  • Coordinate with site project leads to provide a high-level view of each project
  • Make full use of our quality and financial management systems
  • Audit progress and agree on corrective action as necessary
  • See that systems are set to work optimally and verified as such
  • Provide consultative advice on commissioning and performance requirements
  • Coach site leads for development
  • Support programme management and other management duties
Requirements:
  • 5 years minimum industry experience in Project Management/Commissioning Management
  • Detailed technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality project work
