Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller to join their team. As a Revenue Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's aged debt and supporting the Debt Recovery Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and debt
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
- Collaborate with the Debt Recovery Team to resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Prepare and issue formal letters and communications to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of court proceedings and liaison with solicitors and partners
- Review and improve processes to ensure efficient debt recovery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
