Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and debt
  • Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
  • Collaborate with the Debt Recovery Team to resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans
  • Prepare and issue formal letters and communications to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with the preparation of court proceedings and liaison with solicitors and partners
  • Review and improve processes to ensure efficient debt recovery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
