Overnight Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Lochgilphead, providing overnight support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to unplanned risks and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide planned supports to individuals, promoting independence and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and well-managed service

Requirements:

  • Driver essential - company car provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:

The Lochgilphead Responder Service provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in our community. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, while also promoting independence and positive outcomes.
