Lochgilphead Responder Service

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Lochgilphead. As an Overnight Responder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to unplanned risks and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide planned supports to individuals, promoting independence and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Responder Service
Requirements:
  • Essential driver with a valid UK license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with complex needs
