We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Support Practitioner to join our team in Lochgilphead. As a key member of our overnight response service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to unplanned risks and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide planned supports to service users to promote independence and positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Driver essential - company car provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:

The Lochgilphead Responder Service provides an effective and efficient way to respond to known risks that occur on an unplanned basis. As a Night Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for responding to incidents, providing planned supports, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
