Overnight Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Overnight Support Practitioner to join our team in Lochgilphead. As a key member of our Responder Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight support to individuals in their own homes, responding to emergencies and providing planned supports.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure effective and efficient responses to known risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Essential driver with a valid UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
