Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our corporate services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including portfolio management, client liaison, and governance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fund administration, corporate services, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, with willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
