Pharmacist Dispensary Team Lead

Upton Surgery is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Pharmacist Dispensary Manager to lead our Dispensary team. This is an ideal position for a Pharmacist looking to start their career in Primary Care.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the dispensary, including stock levels, team management, and ensuring adequate levels are held and minimizing wastage and expenditure.
- Coordinate the team and support the delivery of an excellent service to our dispensing patients.
- Develop, review, and improve standard operating procedures, and policies.
- Maintain stocks, ensuring profitability and business sustainability.
- Experience of team management and leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Upton Surgery is a training practice with 6 GP partners, 3 salaried doctors, 3 ANPs, and 1 clinical pharmacist. We are located just 10 minutes from junction 1 of the M50 and 15 minutes from Worcester and Malvern.
