**About the Role**
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Retail team as an Assistant Shop Manager at Three UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experience and exceed sales targets
- Drive commercial performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store
- Raise the bar with your commercial expertise and drive sales to deliver high performance
