Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team in the Complaints/Relationship Centre, an integral division within our Customer Experience function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for our luxury brands, ensuring effective solutions and delivering unparalleled client experiences.
  • Take ownership of client complaints through to final closure, utilizing a range of communication channels (telephone, email, digital, letter).
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning about luxury brands and cultivating brand knowledge.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training period to immerse yourself in our systems and services.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week spent in the office.
