Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Head to lead our commercial growth initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully integrating new acquisitions, both financially and operationally.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Sri Lankan application software market and its unique needs.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role and 15+ years of supervisory experience, including due diligence and financial assessment.
