Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a reputable building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.



As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:




  • Developing and implementing cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Preparing and managing project forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, including cash flow management and subcontractor payments
  • Providing guidance on contractual issues and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Managing variation accounts and forecasting final accounts
