They have established themselves as a reputable entity, specialising in a comprehensive range of building and refurbishment contracts for both public and private clients.Operating across a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Education, undertaking contracts up to £15m, they offer a professional approach throughout every phase of the project, from design and pre-construction to construction and aftercare.They are now recruiting for a Senior QS to join their business.As the Senior QS, your role will involve:Cost control and value management strategies.Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statementsOversee the commercial aspects of the projectManage cash flow.Manage subcontractor payments.Provide guidance on contractual issues.Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
