Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Opportunity

Company Overview:
CV Library is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major water treatment project. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading contractor in the water industry, contributing to a high-profile project.

Salary: £150 per day (negotiable depending on experience), inside IR35, with a contract duration of 6-12 months.

Job Description:
The role involves commercial management of projects, managing work packages through quantity surveying duties, and liaising with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control cost. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the management and performance of subcontractors, preparing project cost & value reports, budgets, and forecasts, and assisting in the management and development of junior commercial staff.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the utilities or civil engineering sectors, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
