  • Plan optimal routes for field engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Efficient administrative skills, with strong numeracy, literacy, and IT abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Previous experience in insurance claims administration.
