Job Title: Operational Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team at Keoghs LLP. As an Operational Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the internal management of our team, working closely with the Business Unit Director/Deputy Business Unit Director to ensure the smooth operation of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Unit Director/Deputy Business Unit Director in maintaining internal systems, including holidays requests, absences, and other allowed time dispensation.
  • Use Power BI to complete internal MI requests, including provision of monthly/quarterly performance statistics for Lead lawyers/key stakeholders.
  • Diary management for Business Unit Director/Deputy Business Unit Director, as well as arranging ad hoc internal meetings/training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education standard of 5 GCSEs grades 5 or above or A-C or equivalent other qualification/experience.
  • Able to use Excel, Office 365 documents, and prior use of a Case Management system would be desirable.
  • Good telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business.
