Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Team Coordinator to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient processing of financial transactions.



Your primary duties will include:



  • Preparing and batching post for processing and sending to AXA Global Business Services within pre-defined timescales;
  • Performing banking processes daily, adhering to Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCIDSS) guidelines;
  • Receiving inbound calls, fielding as appropriate, while processing card payments;
  • SUPPORTING AND DELIVERING PROCESS FOR THE WIDER FINANCE OPERATIONS TEAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH BEST PRACTICE AND DELIVERED WITHIN THE AGREED TIMEFRAMES SUCH AS LETTER FULFILMENT, DEBT RECOVERY, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, AND INSTALMENT ADMIN;
  • DELIVERING THE EFFICIENT DAY TO DAY STORAGE AND ARCHIVING FOR THE FINANCE OPERATIONS FUNCTION;
  • GUARANTEEING ALL FINANCE OPERATIONS WORK REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED TO SPECIFICATION WITHIN AGREED TIMESCALES;
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE FINANCE OPERATIONS TEAMS PROCESS TO DELIVER ADHOC TASKS;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS, ENSURING EXCELLENT SERVICE IS DELIVERED;
  • CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIVERY OF FINANCE OPERATIONS AND KEY PRIORITIES THROUGH PERSONAL ALIGNMENT TO AGREED SPECIFIC ACTIONS.


This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a team.



Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • English and Mathematics qualifications GCSE level 1-9 grades;
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL;
  • CUSTOMER ORIENTATED BACKGROUND, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED CHANGE ENVIRONMENT;
  • ADVANCED WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUCH AS EXCEL AND WORD;
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS KEY WITH SKILLS TO SUCCESSFULLY PLAN AND EFFECTIVELY MANAGE YOUR WORKLOAD;
  • SELF-MOTIVATED TO WORK BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £21,000 - £21,840 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a generous benefits package including:
