Job Title

Asset Delivery Lead

The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK. With over 200,000 vehicles per day, it's a vital part of the Strategic Road Network. As an Asset Delivery Lead for Egis in the UK, you'll oversee a comprehensive portfolio of linear asset-related works, including inspections, maintenance, and projects.

This role demands safe, predictable delivery against the annual programme, aiming to deliver efficiencies in how works are executed. You will need to optimise resource utilisation within an organisational matrix to achieve effective and economical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrate high standards of visible safety leadership, ensuring required levels of safety performance are delivered, and behavioural safety is promoted throughout the teams.
  • People Leadership: Lead a large team to deliver a portfolio of inspection, maintenance, and project outputs, to time and quality.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee a portfolio of asset inspections, maintenance, and projects, ensuring alignment with specific asset requirements and organisational objectives.
  • Delivery Accountability: Take full responsibility for all aspects of delivery related to the assigned asset type, including scheduling, execution, and completion of inspections, maintenance, and projects.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control the performance against the in-year delivery budget, implementing corrective actions and improvements to maximise financial and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients in relation to the specific delivery portfolio.
  • Resource Allocation: Working with Inspection, Maintenance, and Delivery PMO leads, efficiently draw on and coordinate resources within the organisational matrix to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
