At Egis in the UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Delivery Strategist to lead our team in delivering a comprehensive portfolio of linear asset-related works.

The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK, and it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement, and repairs to keep it operating smoothly. We've formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate, and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure. As an Asset Delivery Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring a predictable and responsive provision for delivery across all assets, including pavement, barrier, fencing, and drainage. Your role will focus on safe, predictable delivery against the annual programme, striving to deliver efficiencies in how works are executed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safety: Demonstrate high standards of visible safety leadership, ensuring that the required levels of safety performance are delivered, and that behavioural safety is promoted throughout the teams.
  • People Leadership: Lead a large team to deliver a portfolio of inspection, maintenance, and project outputs, to time and quality.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee a portfolio of asset inspections, maintenance, and projects, ensuring alignment with specific asset requirements and organisational objectives.
  • Delivery Accountability: Take full responsibility for all aspects of delivery related to the assigned asset type.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control the performance against the in-year delivery budget, implementing corrective actions and improvements to maximize financial and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients in relation to the specific delivery portfolio.
  • Resource Allocation: Work with Inspection, Maintenance, and Delivery PMO leads, efficiently drawing on and coordinating resources within the organisational matrix to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and flexible working hours.
