We are seeking a Client Development Specialist to join our team in the UK and Europe.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop new client relationships and drive business growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in business development and sales generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new business wins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and meet set targets and KPIs aligned to the company's business plan.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
