Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Eden Scott. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a UK driving licence for travel.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing contracts, projects, and key accounts in industries that involve project-based work and commercial operations (e.g., engineering, energy, technical services, construction). They will also possess strong financial forecasting and modelling skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse customer activity, project performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to drive better decision-making and performance.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Analyse contract terms, changes, and disputes using data to inform negotiations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contract & Financial Management: Track cash flow, costs, and project profitability to ensure timely revenue recognition and adherence to contractual terms.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
