Key Responsibilities

  • Support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
  • Empower individuals to thrive in their own homes by providing high-quality support tailored to their needs.
  • Engage in activities like cooking, art, or listening to music, as well as outings and trips.
  • Provide practical support, including managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, while maintaining a safe and tidy environment.
