We are seeking a highly motivated Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Northamptonshire Sport. As a Community Enablement Worker, you will be responsible for supporting customers aged 18-65 with physical and learning needs in their homes. This is a part-time position, working weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays), evening shifts, and can have a part-time or relief contract. The fixed-term period for this role is 18 months with possible extension. You will be rewarded with enhanced pay for working evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. Furthermore, you will enjoy a generous package including 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 5 years, and participation in a pension scheme and generous leave entitlement. Our team offers agile working arrangements and healthy work-life balance, allowing you to maintain a good balance between your personal and professional life. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with daily tasks, medication, and risk assessments. To be successful in this role, you should hold the Care Certificate, Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and experience in health or care work. Your main objective will be to provide high-quality support to our customers, enabling them to live active, fulfilled lives. The location of this role is Da Vinci Court, Wellingborough, United Kingdom. Estimated annual salary: £25,000.
