Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of client due diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Conflicts processes across our Client Onboarding teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and monitoring CDD, AML and Conflict cases against our CDD policy
  • Collaborating with the Client Onboarding Department to design and implement a CDD/AML/Conflicts competency accreditation scheme and quality framework
  • Conducting quality checks on CDD, AML and Conflict files, ensuring compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements and quality frameworks
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on quality assessments, including findings and recommendations
  • Suggesting and supporting the implementation of process and control improvements within the onboarding team
