Job Summary:
We are looking for a Healthcare Services Director to lead our care teams and ensure that we maintain our high standards of care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve care quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and preferences
  • Manage and supervise a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational strategy and policies

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, plus benefits including a birthday off with pay after one year of service, and a refer-a-friend scheme offering £300.
