Aerodynamics Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify aerodynamic challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and apply advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Design and implement aerodynamic development methodologies to enhance car performance.
  • Collaborate with the Aero Performance Group to define further performance opportunities.
  • Communicate and present results of studies and analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in motorsport aerodynamics development.
  • Sound knowledge of racing car wind tunnel testing, CFD application, and on-track aero performance environments.
  • Excellent data-driven analysis skills and experience with CAD design.
  • Software programming skills (R&D prototype level).
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate projects to deliver target specifications.
