We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Aztec Hotel & Spa.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced, food-led operation and will be able to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serving food and drink, taking room reservations, and providing exceptional guest service
  • Leading a shift and ensuring high standards of service are maintained
  • Supporting and motivating the team to achieve excellent results
  • Maintaining staffing levels to meet payroll budgets under the guidance of your manager

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant or bar environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team and motivate staff to achieve excellent results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
