About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Meadowhill Care Home, a luxury care home due to open its doors in the near future.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and residents, providing a warm and professional welcome. You will manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.

You will also schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and meetings, maintain a clean and organized reception area, assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting and data entry, and liaise with staff across all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a luxury care setting.
  • You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • You are proactive and problem-solving oriented, with empathy and understanding when engaging with elderly residents and their families.
