Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, with higher rates for evening and weekend shifts. You'll also receive £0.30-£0.45 per mile for travel expenses, paid time between clients, and access to holiday pay, pension, and comprehensive training.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Care and Companion Professional, you'll be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to older adults in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
