We are excited to announce an exciting new beginning at Meadowhill Care Home, a luxurious care home due to open its doors in March 2025. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of our residents
• Support our residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Work closely with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with colleagues
