About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Property and Support Services team at NHS Lanarkshire. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the team, ensuring all functions and tasks are discharged to internal and external parties in all work streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Property and Support Services team
  • Manage office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion are maintained at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

  • SVQ3 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC programmes
  • General administration and office experience
  • Flexible team worker with ability to work on own initiative
