Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a medium to large in-store team, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to drive improved customer and retail outcomes in your area.
  • Work closely with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
