Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to use medical equipment effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ONC level qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, preferably in a high-value capital equipment environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment, including patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
