Field Service Engineer - Medical Systems

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Field Service Engineer to join our team in a customer-facing role, responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of our range of technologically innovative patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems.

Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity gained within a high-value capital equipment environment, such as medical, laboratory, or pharmaceutical devices, or ex-forces engineers. A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level is required.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of medical equipment

Requirements:

  • Competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
