Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of service to our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and events, managing contractors, and scheduling maintenance, as well as ensuring the overall safety and security of the development.
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent administration skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or health and social care, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
- Provide a first-class service to our Home Owners
- Coordinate activities and events
- Manage contractors and schedule maintenance
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the development
