Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Advisor to join our team at Optical Express. As a Patient Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they enter our clinics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Accurately maintaining patient records

Requirements
