Charity Overview

We are a well-established charity based in London, dedicated to providing vital support services to homeless individuals.

Our team of professionals works tirelessly to deliver high-quality services, including hostel-based support, outreach programmes, and advocacy services.

We are now looking for a skilled and compassionate Hostel Night Worker to join our part-time team, working flexible shifts, including weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting rough sleepers with complex needs
  • Providing advice and guidance on welfare benefits and housing law
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management
  • Collaborating with external agencies to ensure effective service delivery

What We Look for in Our Candidates:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience working with homeless people or rough sleepers
  • Understanding of causes and pathways out of homelessness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
