About the Position

We operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of being in the office a minimum of two days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing any/all rough sleepers approaching the service under relevant Housing Legislation.

A separate pathway is used to assess rough sleepers who are often vulnerable with complex health issues and substance abuse.

The successful candidate will work closely with local stakeholders and partners to ensure effective services are delivered.

The salary for this position is around £39,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
