Key Responsibilities

  • Serving customers and providing a positive shopping experience
  • Sorting and displaying stock, handling cash, and following health and safety procedures
  • Volunteer management, planning, prioritizing, and delegating their workload
  • Assisting the Manager in creating a positive working culture and a happy working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
