Our Supported Living team provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs, so that they can live their life, their way.

As a **Support Worker **you will play an important role in helping our customers to work towards their aspirations and goals.

You will be helping with everyday life, this means supporting with personal care (toileting / washing / dressing), administering medication, nutrition advice, meal planning and preparation. You will also be enabling our customers to do the things that they want to do, such trips to the garden centre, beach or heading into town for a coffee. You will also be working on skill development to further independence. **What could be more rewarding?**

**What you need to work as a Support Worker with Guinness**:

- Experience is not essential as we provide full training and support, your personal values are more important than experience.
- You should be comfortable supporting customers with personal care which includes toileting, bathing and dressing.
- You should be flexible to work shifts with early starts and late finishes. All of our support teams work alternate weekends (both days)
- A full driving licence is helpful (but not essential)
- Above all, you need **a real desire to care for others **and **make a real difference **to their quality of life.
