Job Title: Nuclear Training Specialist

Company Overview:

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Employee Share Scheme + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Job Description:
You will be the go-to specialist for developing all training & competency strategy onsite. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on this department and the wider operations of the site, with ongoing technical training and professional development. You will develop training strategy for Managers across site, provide ongoing training & development, and work Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need previous experience developing training & competency strategy and be eligible for SC Clearance.
