Interim EHS Manager Opportunity

Irwin & Colton is seeking an experienced Interim EHS Manager to join their team in West Oxfordshire. As a leading medical equipment manufacturer, they are committed to maintaining a strong health and safety culture across their manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site compliance with UK legislation and Group strategy for health, safety, and environment.
  • Drive improvement in health, safety, and environment across the site.
  • Audit safety, health, and environmental performance, accurately reporting and investigating incidents and near misses.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, operational staff, and external regulators.
  • Lead on new initiatives to improve and develop Health, Safety, and Environment compliance and performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in EHS management, with a strong track record of compliance and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve health and safety goals.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and Group strategy.
