Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide personalized service solutions.
- Produce accurate and detailed job cards using our in-house computer systems.
- Update customer and vehicle records to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs, providing clear and transparent communication.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the service department.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised car dealership environment.
- Ability to upsell service work and service plans to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software.
A competitive salary of up to £28,000, with an OTE of circa £35,000, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
