About the Role:

Mackinnon Bruce International is partnering with a leading Pre-Clinical Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK.

Our Client:

A Pre-Clinical CRO providing early-stage, pre-clinical drug discovery services to Biotech, Pharma, and Academic Research Institutes across Europe.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to represent our client's products and services in the North of the UK, identifying new partnership opportunities with Pharma, Biotech, and Academic Research Institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute commercial strategy for the region.
  • Maintain existing accounts and prospect new customers within Academia, Biotech, and Pharma.
  • Contribute to the development of partnerships and participate in conferences, medical and scientific meetings, congresses, and symposiums.
  • Approximately 3 days of travel in the field per week.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
  • ~4+ years of experience in sales, selling services or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • ~Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ~Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
