Medical Van Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Medical Van Driver to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a van between three hospital sites, carrying medical equipment and supplies, and ensuring the smooth transit of items.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clean driving license, and experience in handling medical equipment. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the driver to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. The role involves driving a van between Euxton/Buckshaw/Fulwood sites, Preston Royal, and Wigan hospitals, ensuring that all transportation schedules are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of hospital vehicles, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any issues promptly. They will also ensure that all transported items are handled with care and comply with relevant safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a van between hospital sites, carrying medical equipment and supplies
- Ensure all transportation schedules are adhered to

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a contributory pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave plus eight Bank Holiday days, family-friendly policies, private healthcare, and life assurance.
