Job Title: Functional Consultant - Business Solutions

Location: Remote

Salary: £31,000 (Plus 10% bonus)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our team at Pareto. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored solutions using NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
  • Configure and customize the NetSuite application to meet individual business needs
  • Conduct sessions with clients over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings, and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
  • Provide clients with as-needed consulting and general assistance, and be the 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas
  • Apply Oracle methodology and company procedures to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex client engagements
  • Perform varied and complex tasks that require independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet client needs

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business, or IT
  • Bi-lingual fluency in French
  • Achieved or on track to achieve a 2:1 or above
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
