About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal SAP PM Functional Consultant to join our team at AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd. As a key member of our SAP consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP PM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP PM solutions for clients in the Oil and Gas/Energy Natural Resources sector and Automobile sector
  • Manage and run workshops with team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules, such as QM, MM, CO, and PS
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Provide expert-level consulting services, including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing, and go-live stabilization
  • Prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze clients' business requirements
  • Write detailed functional mapping to SAP applications, functional gap analysis, detailed blueprint design, and process documentation
  • Manage and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service and quality
Requirements
  • Minimum 12+ years of SAP experience in consulting
  • Minimum 8+ years of Plant Maintenance domain experience
  • Minimum 6 E2E SAP PM Implementation experience, including requirement analysis, blueprint, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
  • Minimum 6-8 SAP PM Support project experience
  • Experience in Oil & Gas and SAP PS (Project System)
  • Strong leadership qualities and team leader experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
