We are urgently hiring an experienced Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead a migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department and to orchestrate the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement and F&O. Need to have a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations, including DevOps practices.

Key skills and Experience:

  • •About +12 years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer and previous product versions.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 CRM.
    • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
    • Technical expertise
    • Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications
    • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
    • Experience of developing creative solutions to complex business problems.
    • Solution architect experience.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
    • Experience working with third-party vendors
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team.

The candidate must be an expert in the following functional areas pertaining to D365 CRM


• Product configurator in CRM. Ability to create product configuration models to facilitate automatic creation of BOMs and Routes to match the sales order specifications.


• Production control and Master planning


• Production order costing.


• Standard cost based inventory valuation


• Expert in other SCM modules of D365CRM.


• Engineering change management module in CRM.


• Inventory management


• Product information management


• Advanced warehouse management (preferred)

Essential Criteria

Most of our clients are UK Public Sector and Defence so require Security Clearance. In order to qualify for Security Clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years. If you are unable to meet this criteria, we cannot progress your application.
