About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Functional Consultant to join our team at ITL UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consulting solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops to analyze and capture client requirements and their pain areas.
  • Work with customers to clarify requirements and obtain user sign-off on key changes.
  • Perform high-level fit-gap analysis, process changes, and benchmark studies.
  • Prepare and review workload estimation.
  • Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans.
  • Manage a team of consultants to prepare solution options and present recommendations to customers.
  • Review solution options developed by the team and suggest improvements to obtain customer buy-in.
  • Plan activities for configuration and development with project managers, work with product vendors to resolve product issues.
  • Perform tests with the team to gauge quality and take corrective actions.
  • Review test plans, test cases, execution reports, and verify non-functional requirements of the system.
  • Help the team in debugging and resolving issues.
  • Develop and review deployment plans, review sequencing of activities for functional technical dependencies.
  • Develop and review cutover and contingency plans and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Prepare content and participate in training of key users on new systems and processes.
  • Study as-is processes and work with customers to develop knowledge management repositories.
  • Take control of critical and escalated issues and resolve them with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create knowledge and share it with extended teams through structured forums.
  • Contribute to unit and organizational level initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers, adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with specialized knowledge in financial modules (General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Sub Ledger Accounting, Cash Management, AGIS, Expenses, EBS-Tax, etc.) processes of Oracle EBS R11 & R12 suite.
  • Worked on at least 2-4 end-to-end Oracle EBS suite (R11 or R12) financials implementation with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS.
  • Expert in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
  • Proficiency in IFRS & EMEA taxations.
  • Worked in global delivery and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience of leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, good in articulating findings and recommendations from analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Digital Services & Printing Industry.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Proficient in European languages.
