We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Professional to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. You will also escort and assist our customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
